This game works much like Pot Limit Omaha but is played in fixed, pot limit and no limit variations and uses eight or better rules. This means that sometimes there are two winners in a pot, the winner of the high hand and the winner of the low hand. While there will always be a winner in the high end of the pot, the low end depends on whether or not a player has qualified for a low.

A qualified low hand consists of five cards under eight. For example, A2345 is considered the Nut Low, a hand that can not be beaten. In determining which qualified low hand is the winner, the cards are examined starting with the highest of the five low cards. For example: A2348 is an 8 low and would lose to 34567 which is a 7 low. If two players had the same highest low card, their next card would be compared; for example, an A2348 is an 84 low and would be victorious over a A2358 which is an 85 low.
